This is a crop of a full body portrait of my wife (which I will also post soon), and my first digital 2d painting.

It was a self-set exercise for me to find out whether I could still 'paint' after so many years using mainly 3D tools. Wacom kindly loaned me a Cintiq 21UX, and I figured it would be a good test for both myself, and of the new product.

The full portrait has taken around 30hrs using Photoshop CS3 and the Cintiq, with about 10hrs spent on the face and hair. Hopefully I'll speed up though!
